What type of payment options do you accept?
Currently, we accept
payments through major credit cards, personal checks, and money / cashier order.
Cashier's Check and Money Order
14 Business days for checks, and or money order to clear before shipment.
Possible mailing delays might extend the wait of your purchases; if you do not want to wait for check clearing please choose an alternate payment
method.

SHIPPING
We offer ground free shipping service for all merchandise. Except for the following locations:
APO, FPO, PO Box Shipping APO, FPO, and PO Boxe order(s) are shipped using USPS,
and will be subjected to a $5 or $10 handling fee depend of the size of the merchandise.
Expected delivery time is 10-24 business days from the date of order, which
sometimes may take longer than expected.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and US Virgin Islands Shipping
All orders shipped to the above mentioned location may be shipped with
either UPS or USPS, and will be subjected to a $5 to $99.95 handling fee
depending on the size of the merchandize. Expected delivery time is 7-8 business
days from the date of order.
Canada and All
International Shipping
All orders being shipped internationally are shipped using UPS
Worldwide Express only. Expected delivery time is 5-7 business days from
the date of order, we are not responsible for delays in customs, nor any
other additional charges that may occur. This may include tax, duties,
etc.
Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or
incorrect parts. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent shipping
damage however, it does occur rarely.
If you have received a damaged part, do
NOT accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the
shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the
shipper and have the package returned to sender.
We are not responsible for
missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 21 business days, regardless of the
party at fault. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs. We
are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such
must be processed through the shipping company.
Do you provide international shipping?
We currently do not offer any international shipping at this point.
How long will I receive my purchase(s)?
All order usually ship within 3-5 business days.
I need the items urgently. Can you ship it faster?
Currently we do not offer any express shipping.
Whcih shipping company do you use?
We ship your merchandise through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Do you ship overnight?
We do not offer express or overnight shipping.
Can all my items be sent together?
All purchased items in a single order will be shipped together. If you have multiple
separate orders of purchases, arrangements can be made for your purchases to be shipped together. However, we cannot process such request if payments are not
received. Please

Generally, we follow the below guidelines when packing our products.
1. Multiple small items will be sent together.
2. Small items will be packed with a larger item if possible.
3. Large items will ship separately.
Has my purchase been shipped?
Once we shipped your product, you will be provided a tracking number. Track your purchase here.
We aim to deliver your purchase(s) as soon as possible. Therefore, either UPS, USPS, or FedEx will be used.
Undelivered Shipments? Refused or undeliverable shipments will not be granted a refund. Returned shipments will be held until a $10 handling fee and funds to cover re-shipping are paid. If during a UPS shipment, an address change occurs through no fault of
us, we expect you will honor a $5 charge (charged to us by UPS).
International Shipping:
Currently this option is off, we do not offer international shipping at this
point.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES - Our Policy, Our Promises
30-Days Money Back Gauranteed:
We offer 30-Days money back, if buyer does not like the item received or not satisfied with the product, buyer can contact our customer service department and request for a an RMA application. After the RMA case number is issued, buyer can then return the item and get a refund of the
item price only. All item(s) must be in brand new condition, item(s) will be determined by our Return Department to decide if the case(s) is eligible to the policy.
Any Case passed the 30-Days time period of item received, will not issue a refund.
90-Days Limited Warranty:
We offer 90-Days limited warranty, if item(s) shows any defective within 90 days time period of received. Warranties are for
EXCHANGE ONLY and cover for any manufacturer's defect issues. All case(s) wil be needed to authorize by our Return Department.
Any item(s) that are return after 90-Days, our Return Department reserve the right to reject the return/exchange item(s).
I need to return an item(s).Due to the nature of our business, we usually do not accept returns but exceptional
may be made on a case-to-case basis. Before a return is honored, it must first be, but not limited to the following conditions:
Item
must be unopened, and be in their original packaging.
No signs of being installed or mounted, used, and or scratches.
It is important to note that all return shipping fees must be prepaid and a one-time restocking fee of
20% will be applied to all returned products and shipping. Fees will not be reimbursed and we will not accept COD returns. Kindly

We reserve the rights to refuse any returns if any of the above listed
or otherwise reasons is violated.
I receive a wrong product?
Due to the large volume of shipping, we apologize if the purchases you received is not what you paid for. Kindly
contact us if such a need arises. We will sent a return authorization together with a return label to you at no charge. However, it is necessary that we must first receive the products to process the exchange. If a suitable replacement cannot be made within 3 weeks, we would
gladly provide a full refund.
My purchase is defective!
Though it rarely happens, if the product(s) you purchased does not fit or function as intend due to
manufacturer's defect or whatsoever reason, we will gladly replace it at no charge. However, it is necessary that we must first receive the product(s), and examine the defective merchandise before an exchange, or refund is processed. Kindly
contact us for a return label.
How long is the authorization effective?
The Authorization is valid for 7 days from issue date. Please

to request Authorization number and return instructions.
I need to exchange an item I bought more than 1 month ago. Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of purchase and only for defective items. It is offered after professional installation help has been sought. Defective items can be returned for replacement subject to the all of below.
**Returns and Warranties restrictions and the following:
merchandise must be return with original packaging, documentation, etc.
special Order items will NOT be cancelled, exchanged or returned.
merchandise cannot be damaged during installation. Return items that are found to be not defective will be subject to a $10 handling charge.
all non-product charges such as shipping, transaction cost, and insurance are not refundable.
If you want the item returned, you must pay all return shipping and handling charges.

We do not provide installation manual for most items. Though some products may come with instructions, they only serve as a guide. Professional installation is highly recommended for all products.

Buyer assumes responsibility for any violations of local laws and rules that may result from use of our products.
